Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation enforcing adherence to requirements advising management on needed actions.

Maintain a high rate of client satisfaction through quality service.

Perform periodic audits on internal and external system controls and processes.

Own and manage HR Data entry in various systems.

Entry for payroll data such as bonus, reimbursements, vacation time, insurance, 401(k) deductions and other supplemental wages.

Build various people analytics on various HR metrics.

Help drive high client satisfaction through excellent customer service, prompt follow-up, seamless vendor management and proactive problem-solving.

Exercise high degree of confidentiality relative to all payroll information and employee privacy initiatives.

Actively participate in HR and Payroll policy development and documentation.

Work closely with the HR team to obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deductions.

Audit, calculate and process one-time and recurring payroll data such as bonus, reimbursements, vacation time, insurance, 401(k) deductions and other supplemental wages.
